It's a double sided reversible wristband. Think of it as 2 in 1. You can flip it and wear any side. So, you're getting one wristband with two sides. Two wristbands are only sent when we're running a buy one get one free or gift promotion.

Yes, for most people. The band is 6.4" in circumference and made with a stretchable rubber and polyester blend, so it adjusts comfortably to fit most adult wrists.
