Shipping & Return Policy

At Dairaa, we're committed to making sure your package reaches you as soon as possible within the defined time period without any effect on the quality of products.

  1. Shipping

All orders placed before 3 PM are dispatched on the same day. On average your order will be at your doorstep in a maximum of three days. However, if you place an order after the above mentioned time, your order is dispatched the next day.

If you place an order after 3 PM on a Saturday, it will be dispatched on Monday. The same scenario applies to all orders placed on Sunday.

 Shipping duration remains the same i.e. your order will be at your doorstep in 3 days.

As our orders are dispatched in bulk, it is difficult to provide you a CN number for tracking purposes. Nevertheless, feel free to drop us a message on our Instagram or via the contact on our website and we’ll locate your order after communicating with our shipping partner.

  1. Refunds & Exchanges

In case your wristband is damaged or the package is opened when it reaches you, please contact us on Instagram or via the contact on our website and we’ll make sure a new wristband reaches you within the defined shipping timeline. However, in order to claim an exchange, we require photographic proof.

While we have more than 500 reviews in solidarity with the quality of our product, we still offer a refund in case you’re not satisfied with your order. In order to claim a refund, you must ship the wristband back to us in its original packaging. You must also cover the shipping charges to our warehouse. We do not charge shipping on any order because we really value our customers but in such an unfortunate scenario, the customer must cover shipping charges as we have already shipped it free once.

You are not liable to get a refund if you're not satisfied with the size of the product. We have a clear size guide on our website. Please follow the guide before placing your orders. In case you order a band that isn't suitable for your wrist, Dairaa will not be responsible. We will try our best to figure out a way to process an order with special terms so that you can get the desired size immediately.

You must have a valid bank account, Jazzcash, or Easypaisa to claim a refund.
