§ 01 — Eligibility
The 3-Day
Rule
We stand behind every band we send out. If something isn't right, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to raise a refund or exchange request. After this window, we're unable to process any claims — so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
To initiate a request, reach out to us via our contact page or Instagram DM with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Contact us within 3 days. Share your order number and issue — we'll take it from there.

Requests after day 3 cannot be honoured. Please act promptly.
§ 02 — Refunds
Refund
Policy
If your band arrives damaged, defective, or not as described — you are fully eligible for a refund. We're proud of our quality, and on the rare occasion something slips through, we'll own it.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your band or its trademark card arrived damaged — this is fully covered. Send us a photo and we'll process the refund promptly.
Incorrect Item Received
Received a different design than what you ordered? We'll arrange a full refund — no shipping cost on your end for our error.
Size-Related Refunds
Band sizes are clearly listed on each product page — please review them before ordering. Size-related refunds are not entertained. However, a size exchange may be possible — see below.
Shipping — Refund Claims
For eligible refunds where the customer must return the item (e.g. wrong size requests), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. Dairaa covers return shipping only in cases of our error.
Approved refunds are issued to your digital wallet or bank account. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days once the return is received and inspected.
§ 03 — Exchanges
Exchange
Policy
Want a different design or need to swap something out? We offer exchanges within the same 3-day window — subject to stock availability.
How Exchanges Work
Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Once approved, send the item back to us. Upon receipt, we dispatch your replacement.
Return Shipping — Your Responsibility
For all exchanges, the customer must cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. We'll take care of sending the new one your way.
Item Condition
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with the trademark card to qualify for an exchange.
§ 04 — A Note on Sizing
Please
check your

Each Dairaa band listing includes the circumference measurement. We put this information front and centre so you can make the right choice with confidence — before you order.
Because size information is clearly available on every product page, we are unable to process refunds for size-related reasons. We encourage you to measure your wrist before purchasing. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order — we're happy to help.
