It's a double sided reversible wristband. Think of it as 2 in 1. You can flip it and wear any side. So, you're getting one wristband with two sides. Two wristbands are only sent when we're running a buy one get one free or gift promotion.

Yes, for most people. The band is 6.4" in circumference and made with a stretchable rubber and polyester blend, so it adjusts comfortably to fit most adult wrists. Since it's one size, we recommend checking the sizing guide before ordering, as we don't offer refunds or exchanges for size-related issues.
